Toe finger

Hi, I have the following symptoms in the priority order: #1) Intense sensation in my toes - especially at the joint. I feel relieved if i apply pressure to the fingers. Sometime, i tie all the fingers with a small rope to exert pressure on it. I feel pain when i press the hallux and phalanx bones, especially the distal bones. I don't feel any pain in the fingers otherwise(when i walk, run or simply rest). I just have the urge to apply pressure to toes This is common in both legs, but more severe in the left leg toe. Doctors have told me that this is due to calcium deficiency but the situation hasn't improved after i took "choone ka pani". #2) I have severe pain in the upper back after i lie in the bed for more than 5 hours. Hence, i suffer from the pain when i am asleep in the morning. The doctor says it is the backbone problem because of the bad posture while working and have asked me to avoid pillows. Any cure for #1 and #2 will be very helpful.

Please get your calcium, vitamin levels and uric acid levels checked.  Proper posture, stretching,  otc pain medication and back strengthening exercises should help with the back pain
