Toddler, vomiting tendency

My son is 26 months old and he has a tendency of vomiting while travelling of more than 15 minutes, either by cab or auto.  Even we try to feed him at least 1.5 hour before, keep lemon also and try to divert by showing animals outside but nothing works.

It appears that your child has Motion sickness. The treatment for this would probably be one fourth tablet of stemetil 5mg to be given half an hour before you start travelling. Please confirm with your pediatrician before giving any medicines
