My 19 month old son fell tonight and put his teeth the whole way through the bottom part of his lip. It didn’t bleed long at all and I used a wipe provided in the first aid kit to clean it as well as he would allow me and then applied triple antibiotic ointment. The cut is about a quarter to a half inch long. Should I have taken him to get stitches? And if you think he should be fine how do I care for the wound properly at home?
