Toddler ate my thyroid medication

Toddler 2.6yrs old, by mistakenly ate my thyroid medication 150mg, though we were quick enough to remove the tablet from his mouth, but I believe some particles he might have ingested of medication, what can we do please let us know the next steps

Ingestion of single tablet is not usually harmful, as it has been removed soon. No need to induce vomiting. Observe for next few days for increased heart rate, increased sweating, fever, tremors, restlessness. If these occur, visit ER immediately

Good I appreciate your presence of mind by quick removal of  tablet immediately. Yes there may be some particle still present so you need to observe any sweating, fast breathing, irritability and vomitings for next 8 hours
