Is that safe to take 200mg of Tocotrienol with omega 3 soft gelatin capsules daily for 30 days? For fatty liver and to reduce cholestrol levels. Please advice

Yes absolutely. Long term use in elderly patients have been associated with brain hemorrhage and other side effects. Bit couple of months at your age should not cause problems.
