Tobacco Stains Due To Smoking
I have tobacco stains .Got them cleaned twice.Problem is I have Strong GaG reflux.I feel pukish when instruments enter my mouth.

If you are a smoker then cleaning is important. Mostly scaling should not cause much gagging. You can ask your physician to prescribe a medication ( sometimes given for motion sickness) which will reduce gag reflux. Your dentist can also prescribe it before scaling.

Tell your dentist to keep the headrest of the dental chair straight. That reduces gagging
