As you rightly mentioned your BMI is ideal. But the central obesity is dangerous. If you have more visceral fat, the only way to get rid of it is a balanced diet ,timely food intake , daily exercise and of course lifestyle modification. Start 6 meal pattern . reduce simple carbohydrates. Drink plenty of water atleast 2-3 LTS per day. Start 30 min exercise atleast 5 days a week and Gradually increase it to one hour. Consult a dietician for a proper meal plan. All the best.
