I want to have a normal vision. Can I get rid of specs. I have more than -8 in left eye and -6 in right power.

Please get your  preoperative check up done at some lasik centre. The thickness of your cornea and your numbers and some other parameters will decide how far lasik  might be helpful for you. Or you need some other procedure.
