Hi,am curious to know what it means stress test is boarderline positive for inducible ischemi.my dad have diabetes from past 20years he goes walk daily for 1hr and active whole day.as of now he dint find any chest pain or any other issues.Every year he gets annual checkup.but this year tmt report it shows some boarder line positive for inducible ischemi.what does it mean?Echo reports are also attached.please do regretful by checking the report and reply for the same

Hi, patient is with long standing diabetes.though Echo is normal his stress test showed significant ECG changes suggestive  of ischaemia...diabetic patients usually dont get usual anginal chest pain.. he need further anatomical evaluation Angiography to look for blood flow related problems if any..
