Tiredness is there after COVID

Tested positive on 26th May 2021, taken medicines, isolated myself. After 18 days of quarantine I tested negative. Still I have tiredness

You need to rule out secondary infections too just to be sure which will take a few tests. Patients may have mild or negligible symptoms even upto a month later. Till then eat well and stay hydrated.

You had support from the covid infection and taken medication for 18 days and in these days most of your body energy e was decrease due to this covid infection. Please nothing to worry be cool and relax and drink one glass of milk in the night and one glass of milk in the morning and take two boiled eggs in one day provided if you are a non vegetarian and take breakfast and lunch and dinner in time with plenty of fruits and fruit juices and at least two litres of water and depend mainly on the food.
