Tiredness after Typhoid Treament

I had a constant fever from 6th of April and had to get hospitalized on 13th as the fever was not coming down. I got discharged from hospital on 19th. I was given Monocef and Ofloaxcin fluide each two time in a day and took oral medicine for 5 days after discharge. I am feeling tired , having head congestion (head fatigue) , burning eyes also not able to sleep at night. , feels feverish but i dont have fever. Please suggeast. Thanks
