Hi 👋 I am feeling tired after my bowl movement. It is not like I am constipated. But tiredness is occured. Sometimes after my bowel movement I feeling sleepy. What is the cause of it?? How to avoid such problem

Check ur stools colour...if it is blackish...u should see a Gastroenterologist or Surgeon.
