I usually take these pills when i have a cold they are called panadol cold and flu Each tablet contains 500 mg paracetamol and 30 mg pseudoephedrine hydrochloride. and i usually take 2 tablets. They usually make me very drowsy and sleepy and after 30 min of ingesting them it makes me very tired and forces me to lay down and sleep. they also cause for a bit of dry mouth is this normal? Paracetamol on its own does not have its effects on me but i think it is the pseudoephedrine that might cause it
