35 Yr old, 5ft 8 Inch,74 Kg. Brain gets tired and heated quickly even on very simple work. Very slow mental calculation and confusion in mental analysis. Chronic neck pain with click sound on turning. Poor digestion which causes heavy drowsiness after even small meals. Go to loo twice in morning to clear bowel and takes long. Muscle weakness (like eye muscles, neck muscles, arm muscles). Tongue gets white coated sooner than normal and causes bad odor. Unenergetic, sluggish and tired feeling.Help
