Tiny white patches on foreskin/penishead

Saturday night I masturbated and maybe didn't clean up as much as I should of and have woken up this yesterday with I very itchy penis.. after washing it I realized I had small (literally 1-2m wide) patches of white skin appearing all over my penis head & foreskin. I've been told this is most likely thrust/yeast infection but it doesn't hurt and isn't red/inflamed at all. Any advice please?
