Hi,I noticed a white patch on my penis about the size of a paper pin head(when flaccid),one month ago bot now it has gradually increased in diameter and presently is of the size of about 1mm in dia (when flaccid). I DO NOT have multiple sex partners. The patch is totally painless and the skin is as normal in feeling with rest of the area on penis.I do not have any urinary infection as such.Please Help

Hello, Likley Vitiligo., its an autoimmune problem . It is harmless , but there is no cure for it.If patch associated with burning sensation it could be fungal infection . Fordyce spots are tiny white or yellowish spots, found on the head of the penis or the shaft. Fordyce spots are not sexually transmittedand they don't do any harm. There's absolutely no need for any treatment.
