I hv very tiny pimples on nose like sooji rava. I consulted dermatologist but they told it cause of sweating on summer but I hv throughout the year from last 13 years they gave me an ointment I dint remember name it flats my nose area tightly full shines with in one week.i forgot that ointment name plz can u tell that name it comes in white n blue
