I have consulted to a Sexologist here in Practo, He told me its a skin Infection. Its tiny pimple like projections on my Penis Shaft. Its not painful just that It wasn't there before & I'm concerned beacuse its been over a month. Someone could misunderstood it as STD symptoms or Else. I can Share Photos If you want. Please help.
