Tiny lumps on the foreskin & Glans

Please advise as I am not aware of the problem I'm going through. There seems to be tiny lumps/cyst on the foreskin and Glans of my penis. It is mostly present on the surface of veins. The flesh attached to the glans and foreskin. Before consulting on a specific category i would like to know the problem so that i can consult with the dedicated team.
