Gall bladder polyp less than 10mm need not    to be removed. Do you have any symptoms?? If not, then nothing to worry about.
Next Steps
try some home remedies avoiding fatty foods avoiding high cholesterol  and readymade foods avoiding full fat dairy products avoiding carbonated beverages eating more fruits and vegetables increasing intake of omega 3 fatty acids
