Tiny bumps on nose, chin, upperlips

Hello doc I was suffering from cystic acne last year but it completely vanished. But since past 2 days I've got been noticing tiny bumps coming out on top of my nose, chin, on and around upperlips. I have no idea what it is. HELP!
