I've got tiny skin color bumps on my face overnight.they are increasing day by day. What should i do to get rid of them?

The photos are not very clear but I think these are whiteheads or comedones. Please call me or send photos using online option on Practo app for proper examination diagnosis and and treatment advice. This is basically acne precursor due to oilyness.
