Hi Does tablet Tinnicar has any side effects? I got Tinnitus suddenly since 2 year in left ear and sound is getting worst

Caroverine is best administered as an injection initially to first reduce the tinnitus. Then subsequently it is given in tablet form(Tab Tinnicar) as a maintenance dose.
