Tinnitus problem

I have tinnitus problem since 3months and my earing is normal. Then how sound comes in my ear. And please tell me about the treatment doc. I have attached audiometry.

Tinnitus can be due to various causes not just nerve deafness ... It can be due to a middle ear pathology, some inner ear issue or also sometimes due to stress and anxiety also ... Kindly consult ent doctor
