Tinnitus in left ear since 2 years

About two years ago, during a viral infection with wheezing, I developed severe ear pain and fullness. My grandmother applied warm ginger oil in both ears, which relieved the pain, but since then, I’ve had a constant ringing sound in my left ear. A few months later, I fainted briefly and started experiencing dizziness and imbalance. I’ve done brain MRI and the doc suspected it to be vestibular migrane, EEG suspecting it would be seizure but it was normal, audiogram which shown normal results, and several ENT checks where bppv was done once — all results were normal still my dizziness and tinnitus is persistent. I also have TMJ clicking in left ear and neck pain from poor posture. I forgot to mention the oil which was poured earlier to the doctor could it be causing my tinnitus, or is it from the infection? What can be done next
