I have tinnitus problem from last 3 year do treatment 6 months but its not stop .. this is permanent .? My ear audiogram test is normal ..what can i do now i want too cure this i dont want this sound .it disturbs me lot

Tinnitus is multifactorial.. need to evaluate the reasons of it.. treatment depends on the diagnosis.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
