I'm suffering from TINNITUS, EAR JAMMED, REELING, NECKPAIN for last four weeks, can't focus on study now.

Sometimes acute neck injury or neck muscle spasms can cause sound in the ear. Even eustachian tube dysfunction which usually occurs secondary to common cold can cause sound in the ear with ear blocking sensation. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
