Tinnitus both ear

I can hear ringing noise in my ears , i consulted a doctor and my results from hearing test was normal I think i have TMJ (no pain)

Hi. Tinnitus can be due to various reasons, hearing loss being the most common one of them. However, if you continue to have tinnitus, it may require further evaluation including detailed history and may require an MRI of the hearing pathways etc. I would suggest that you consult with an ENT surgeon on-line/In-person for further management.  Warm regards, Dr Aanchal, Therapeia centre, Bangalore
