Buzzing sound in ears.and than.followed by headache which is killing me taking medicine from long time..shall i go for ct scan or mri? Is it alarm for something big to come?

yes dear , if this is irreversible than this leads to problem for full life , the cause for tinnitus has to be ruled out on urgent basis , foremost reason of tinnitus is wax in the ears and get it cleaned first than go for ear testing
