Tingling sensations

My Wife (age 29) is having tingling sensations in her arms and legs and specially in finger tips. She had a pin and needle sensation in abdomen however that is not there anymore but the sensations in the hands and legs are still there. She was prescribed Medicines two weeks back but she did not get much relief. Please suggest. Thank you.
