Tingling sensation in breast but no pain

I am facing this weird kind of feeling in breasts which isn't painful but some strange kind of sensation is there... Is it normal or something to worry about? I used to drink methi and saunf water for around 2-3 months IN July & August and also took shatavari churna also for three months in the past in 2019. It helped a lot in relieving menstrual pain. Also took Glutathione tablets with biotin for 20 days fo September. Can this be a matter of concern or its normal? Recently got estradiol checked for some other purpose during periods and it was normal within range. Then why this kind of feeling? Got free from periods just 3 days back. Can this be due to hormonal ups and downs?

Though sounds like cyclic pain / tingling sensation . But Do u have family history of breast Ca? Do u have done self breast exam ? Do u have found any nodule , lump ? Is there any change in size and texture of nipple/ areola ? Or change in skin texture. It can be early signs , including any watery discharge from nipples and should not ne ignored. Tenderness can be due to underlying abscess/pus or infection.do u have fever or any other complaints or on any other harmonal medications or contraceptive pills.consult me here on practo

May be due to hormonal cycle

Look like it's usual. Hormonal effects.. Unnecessarily don't take anything which is not good for your health.
