Tingling sensation

From last Saturday sudden urge to urinate. But after passing uring the tingling sensation in penile urethra is appear. Its feel like urine stuck in urethra. Afrer going to urinate. After 15 min the tingling sensation coming back. Is there any complication or its heals with time.
