Tingling n twiching n pain

I have tingling and buring sensation in my left hand and sometimes in left arms and sometimes in-between the fingers and in my foot sometime n numbness rarely. the pain is not severe but it feels different from usual pain. so many times my left EYE is twitching. what should i do? why is it happening ??
