I have tingling in feet my Vitamin b 12 is 327 and vitamin d is 27.9 all blood test diabetesthyroidlipid are normal blood test also normal then why this happen

Multiple reasons. Just by looking at test can’t ascertain cause. Need to know other history as well. Can consult if you like as treatable.
