Im 28 years healthy individual from past 10 days I'm having tingling in both feet and sometimes hands and I'll having stiffness in neck tingling will be Der when i sit and it will go when I start walking I have vitamind3 deficiency and started medicines for tat and b12 is normal what might be the reason.
