Tingling felling in legs

From last two days I am experiencing tingling feeling in both legs. Also some times have same feeling in my hand. My legs as I feel are heavy.

hello der diabetes other neuropathies electrolyte imbalance should be ruled out consult physician for further evaluation and treatment.
