From last 2 -3 days I am feeling tightness in stomach. Acidity problem is there. Problem is worst in night while sleeping, due to immflation, mouth gets filled with water type of sliva. And all of a sudden I have to wake up. Problem with motions as well. Seems constipation. Please suggest.
