My baby kanishka is 2.4 yrs old she's having tight constipation problem she's not able to pass the stool easily for past 2 months , we have lactulose syrup 10 ml for 1 month continuesly but not yet cured she's suffering a lot for passing stool . And also having light fever and running nose so please suggest me the dosage level of P250 syrup and  junior Alex syrup doctor. thank you

She should be examined clinically & give her plenty of LIQUIDS & diet rich in FRUITS an d fibres with minimal processed foods.stop bottle feed
