Problem : tight scrotum nopain is there sometims the swollenness goes  and it becomes absolutely normal i have genial herpes also ( from the last two months i havenot taken medicines as i have moved to a new place so couldnot see the doctor ) i think testicles are normal because sometimes it becomes normal sometimes tightscrotum

Hernia might be there in scrotum. Then swelling comes in standing and sitting positions and go away in sleeping position. You need ultrasound scan of scrotum and physical check also. For Herpes you need to take antiviral tablet course. Contact doctor.
