Tight phimotic ring at top

I think i have phimosis i.e moderate phimosis , foreskin forms a phimotic ring around the glan at top, but i dont have any complications while urination masturbation or such. When i try to stretch with cocunut oil the skin can be traced back upto some extent. I dont want circumcision any other remedy please help and my glans are completely visible
