My glans penis get bend towards downward direction while erection, when i pull foreskin towards backward fully then it tends to get more bend. So i want to how to get rid from tight frenulum breve with any home remedie method or by any other treatment

Hi...., Short or tight frenulum of the penis can cause pain during sex. It may also cause bleeding during sex if it tears during intercourse.  Pain in turn may cause erectile dysfunction,... the treatment options are available include circumcision which typically includes frenulectomy or frenulectomy (or frenuloplasty) alone...Consult Urologist...
