When my penis is erect the foreskin doesn't go back of the glans. It is not paining. But when i try to force it painsl. The foreskin goes behind only if the penis is not erect. please help.

It's partial phimosis. Do regular masturbation, using some lubricant gel. Situation improves. If it's not, then consult a surgeon.
