Colour of my penis has is little bit white around tip and also my foreskin  retracts half in irect position but in normal postion there is no problem i can easily pull it back . I can see a ring type tight formation around foreskin and skin below that is very bad looking . I searched on it and i think it is phismosis or something similar. Pls can someone tell me what should i do . I think it has happened due to masturbation but i have stopped that for months now but still it is not recovering. Pls help me out .
