Tight foreskin, pain during intercourse

Hi, This is regarding my penis foreskin. It's completely free from head. It can be pulled up and down freely in non-eeiction state but not in erection state. during intercourse it is forming a kind of ring over the penise and foreskin is stucked over the head tightly. It couses instant pain during intercourse. Penis got red and painful. Please suggest me what to do ?
