I have a very tight foreskin from time memorial. When erect I can only pull it around the tip or top of my penis untill it's starts to hurt. However, when flaccid I can pull it down little top of the crown before it gets stuck and then I have to force my skin up. Also, when I touch my glans it pains a lot. Let me know, what would be the best approach on this and if circumcision is recommended, what are the side effects and how much time is needed to recover
