I am able to fully retract the forskin when the penis is limp but when fully erect, retraction becomes problematic. In the erect state, retraction becomes possible by applying some force in pulling the foreskin back but the motion does not seem natural and produces a slight discomfort. Once the foreskin is pulled fully down, it does not come back up on its own and i have to stretch it to bring it back up. Am i suffereing from a partial phimosis/paraphimosis?
