Hi , my age is 24 and I have a really tight Foreskin. I am thinking of circumcision but beige that I want your openions that if my foreskin isusue can be resolved thorough medication. I have this swollen foreskin tip having white thin layer.. Sometimes when I am not hard I can pull back my foreskin down but it starts to pain as it gets erect again.
