I have uncircumcised penis. The foreskin slides backward smoothly in flaccid state. But when penis gets erect it doesn't slide back freely because of tight frenulum. Can circumcision completely cure this problem?

Medicine cannot help you for this problem. It is quiet correct. Manually trying to pull it back while doing oil message from top to bottom daily for 30 days. May help if it does not help you have to go for an operation called circumcision.
