Tight Erect Foreskin

Hello I have a tight foreskin. I am able to pull down in flaccid smoothly. But when erect it doesn't go smoothly down once reaches half of glans. It then goes down but a bit uncomfortable scenario then. What are my options apart from circumcision. Will stretching exercise or any tropical steroids help me considering the age factor and severity?
