I had unprotected sex many times with my gf now m observing mild ticking feeling inside my penis Frome 4 to 5 days. doesn't hurt when I pee, no discharge , comes and goes, doesn't hurt just tingles. Start of the penis have more tickling. can anyone suggest me here any medicine or home remedies to get rid of this problem. thanks in advance
